Experience the XFormer difference
Body Balance is Arkansas’s first boutique fitness studio featuring the XFormer. The XFormer is an effective fitness machine that uses an adjustable system of springs and pulleys in combination with your own body weight to work your entire body.
Our XFormer classes are a high intensity-low impact, heart pumping full body workout that combines the best of strength training, cardio and Pilates inspired movements on the XFormer. We focus on full body functional movements centered around the core that will make you stronger both physically and mentally. In this class we encourage you to push your boundaries, embrace the muscle quivers and have fun with each instructor’s unique playlist.
We designed this class to be a small group setting (8 clients per class) to give you the attention you deserve to feel safe, comfortable and valued during your time with us.
Signature Classes:
Barre
Balance & Flexibility
A full-body workout featuring low-impact, high intensity movements designed to strengthen and tone your body.
Pilates/Sculpt
Burn & Tone
A non-aerobic, muscle toning class, focused on improving core strength and flexibility.
Bounce
Cardio & Sculpt
A fun, high-intensity, low-impact cardio workout that gets your heart pumping- without putting extra stress on your joints.
TRXSculpt
Lengthen & Strengthen
A combination of our Sculpt & Barre classes utilizing a TRX band. This suspension method is used to lengthen and strengthen using your own body weight.
