This class is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to get lasting results. *does not require dance experience

XFormer
XFormer (All Levels)
Our signature XFormer class is a high intesity-low impact, heart pumping full body workout that combines the best of strength training and Pilates inspired movements on the XFormer machine.
We focus on functional movements, moving at a slower pace to target your slow twitch muscle fibers with core strengthening movements for maximum results.
XFormer Basics
This beginner class is an introduction to XFormer. During this intro we help you familiarize yourself with the XFormer machine, give you a break down of the basic method and movements while placing special attention to alignment and form.
This 30 minute class is for beginners only. The goal is for you to feel safe and confident to take on other classes!
XFormer Breathe
Our Breathe class is a full body stretch class that is designed to release muscle tension, increase flexibility and give your brain a break. We use a combination of straps and props to aid in the release of every day stressors, physical and mental. We use hue mood lighting and relaxing music to create an environment where you can disconnect in order to reconnect and take a moment to just breathe.

New to the XFormer?
We highly recommend that you book our XFormer Basics class to familiarize yourself with the XFormer machine and learn the basic exercises while practicing proper form and alignment. Joined by other newbies, this class will help you feel safe and prepared to be successful in our XFormer studio.
Of course our instructors are always available to help during class so feel free to ask questions as they guide you through the moves.
Remember, arrive on-time, and bring grip socks and a water bottle.
